Beth Williams has
pursued a lifelong fascination with human behavior, leading to a degree in psychology from The University of
Chicago, coach training through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and over 30 years of management
and consulting experience in a wide span of industries. Industries include not-for-profit, financial services, health care,
manufacturing, travel industry, education, and hospitality. Beth’s work integrates both organizational
